Graphics Workstations for Faculty Use

Faculty Graphics Station1

We are happy to announce that there are now two workstations with 27" iMac computers equipped with Adobe Creative Suite CS6, Microsoft Office, and Acrobat Pro available for faculty use.

The workstations include counter space, a partition between the work stations and locking drawers for storage of personal items if needed. Single copy printing of your created project components is also available if required.

The main purpose for the computers located in this area are for faculty to receive one-on-one training with Academic Technology Services experts in the Adobe programs (Photoshop, InDesign,  and Illustrator) to gain personnel knowledge and fundamentals  they are interested in acquiring to assist them creating assets for instruction.

Where are the computers located?

These two workstations are located in the ATS (Mediaworks) Graphics area located in the Surge II building on Hutchinson close to the Silo.

How do I schedule an appointment to use the workstation?

Please contact Steven Oerding (2-9551) by phone to request a usage time, with a brief description of your requested date, time, length of time needed. Please also indicate if training assistance is required, and include a phone number at which you can be reached.

Who is able to use the computers?

The computers are available to faculty for university-related projects.
