Survey on Your Teaching Experiences at a UC Campus

Dear UC Davis faculty,

Please consider responding to this survey to support the work of our colleagues throughout the UC.

Greetings Instructors,

The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) in Teaching and Learning Grant Project Team would like to invite you to participate in a survey as part of a research study conducted by the University of California Santa Barbara.

Your survey response will help us to better understand the different course contexts in which our instructors teach; the current attitudes and beliefs around DEIA-related topics; and the professional development needs of current UC instructors.

The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary. Data collected from this confidential survey will be used as part of the needs assessment for the DEIA in Teaching and Learning: Online Modules for UC Campuses Grant Project led by UC Santa Barbara, UC Irvine, and UC Berkeley.

The survey is anonymous, and no one will be able to link your responses back to you. Please do not include your name or other identifiable information in your responses unless you would like to be contacted about your experiences.

The survey can be accessed here:
