How to get the most out of SITT
We are so pleased that you are joining us for SITT 2022! Whether this is your first SITT or you have been with us before, we want you to get the most out of your time with us this week. We suggest that you do the following:
Before SITT
Watch on-demand presentations and interviews and be ready to share your top takeaways. This will help “prime the pump” for the great presentations and discussions we’ll have together! Submit questions for the presenters of the on-demand presentations and then attend the live panels to hear the responses and participate in the conversation. Register for each of the live events. Download a SITT-themed Zoom virtual background. Use SensusAccess to transform slides or handouts from any of the on-demand or live presentations into whatever accessible format you need.
During SITT
Join us for live events on Thursday and Friday from 8:45am - 1pm! Follow @ucdaviswheel and Lily Jones @Lily_Jones20 on Twitter - our team will be live tweeting their favorite moments! Tweet your favorite moments or quotes using #heardatSITT2022 Share questions and comments in the chat of each Zoom meeting to interact with presenters and each other. Complete the session feedback poll inside Zoom at the end of each live talk. Be ready to share your top takeaways from the on-demand content or the live events at the special Faculty Forum at the end of SITT (Fri. at 12pm). Join us to reflect and discuss how you will adapt your teaching for Fall Quarter 2022 based on what you learned at SITT!
After SITT
Complete the SITT 2022 feedback form to make sure that SITT next year is even better than this year! Plan to present at a DOLCE or Faculty Forum during the coming school year.
