Debbie Fetter and Mark Verbitsky on encouraging participation while balancing student needs

Dear Faculty Colleagues,

Welcome back! I hope you enjoyed a restful summer.

Looking for ways to encourage more in-person attendance in the classes you teach? On October 6, 2023 at noon at our first DOLCE of the school year, Debbie Fetter from Nutrition and Mark Verbitsky from Political Science will be sharing their techniques to encourage classroom attendance and participation in learning-centered ways. While you can read about their efforts in a recent article in Faculty Focus, we hope you’ll also join us to hear them talk about these topics and answer your questions.

Please register now so you can join us next Friday at noon for the presentations and discussion. This event will be recorded.

See you October 6!
