Dr. Karen Pollack Presenting at SITT 2019
Materials from SITT 2019
Dear Faculty Colleagues,
The 2019 Summer Institute on Teaching and Technology (SITT) spurred thoughtful discussions of active learning and using instructional technology to promote active students and increased learning. The SITT organizing team offers special thanks to our keynote speaker, Dr. Karen Pollack from the Penn State World Campus, and to our UC Davis faculty microtalk presenters. Each year, microtalk presenters share thoughtful ways in which they have revolutionized their courses through strategic uses of technology.
Should you be interested, we’ve compiled some relevant SITT 2019 materials:
Best,
Dr. Andy Jones
Academic Associate Director, Academic Technology Services
P.S. Please plan to join us at SITT 2020! A possible theme: “Teaching with Our Eyes Open!”
