Dear Faculty Colleagues,

Thanks to everyone who attended our Faculty Forum on Friday, October 18th on teaching with interaction and engagement. With the help of our three invited experts, Victoria Cross (Psychology), Laci Gerhart (Evolution and Ecology), and Joël Porquet-Lupine (Computer Science), we discussed a variety of teaching practices and techniques, most of which depended upon different tools for collecting, sharing, and even harnessing our students’ enthusiasm and ideas in the classroom.

Thanks also to Melissa O’Brien, our MacMillan representative, who demonstrated some best practices with iClicker.
