About the Interviewee

Dr. Audrey Fan an engineer at the interface of medical technology, signal processing, and neuroscience. She has a deep passion for teaching, and strive to help trainees utilize analytical and research skills to create impactful biomedical tools that help patients. Dr. Fan's research mission is to develop advanced, multi-modal imaging tools to understand the vascular and physiological bases of neurological disorders. Through new MRI and PET imaging technologies, she aims to diagnose cerebrovascular disease and dementia earlier than ever, and identify optimal therapies to improve patient quality of life.
