Redesigning office hours - Video from a recent DOLCE event

Dear Faculty Colleagues,

Thanks to all of you who attended our November 4th DOLCE event. James Housefield from the Department of Design shared a thought-provoking talk about how his BYOM (Bring Your Own Mug) model for office hours came about, and what he hopes his current students get out of it. A few of Dr. Housefield’s students - past and present - attended and shared the value they found in the format of these office hours and the community that results.
