At the 2026 Summer Institute on Teaching and Technology, we will explore Authentic Teaching in a Tool-Rich World. Teaching has always been a human act, and that hasn't changed just because our classrooms and other learning spaces are full of new tools. At SITT 2026, ATS staff and faculty presenters and attendees will explore how we stay present, build trust, and make effective pedagogical decisions in an environment where technology continues to rapidly change. Across sessions, we will discover how tools can support learning relationships and student learning outcomes. Attendees will leave SITT 2026 with concrete strategies they can put to work right away.
All ATS faculty events are open to all members of the UC Davis faculty.
