Tired of rewriting the same Canvas Quiz Question 15+ times in order to randomize it? Have a great idea for a question but are forced to compromise on it to shoehorn into Canvas's very constraining question formats? I'll cover how I've been using Prairie Learn in my class to overcome these problems in addition to providing students with immediate feedback and reduce grading times.

About the Presenter
Matthew Butner is a Super Aggie. Originally attending Davis as an undergraduate to learn Computer Science in 2008, he continued his education here through his department's Master's Program. Upon graduation he began working as a lecturer in the Computer Science Department at UC Davis and now has a decade worth of experience on the teaching end of things. He has a special interest in leveraging technology to improve student learning and is always tweaking something in his class to help make it the best it can be.
